How to compress a photo to 10KB

How it works
The tool tries many quality levels and picks the highest one that stays under 10 KB. If the photo is still too big at the lowest quality, it is scaled down a little at a time until it fits. Everything happens on your device, so your photo is never uploaded.
Tips
- Crop away empty background first: less detail means better quality at 10 KB.
- Most forms want JPG. Keep the output on JPG unless WebP is allowed.
